Shipping Policy

We ship all orders from the United Kingdom to customers in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore and the United Arab Emirates.

Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Orders ship with UPS and most arrive within 3–5 business days of dispatch. Orders to New Zealand ship with UPS Expedited and usually arrive within 5–8 business days of dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays or peak periods.

  • Flat rate shipping: $39.99
  • Free shipping on orders over $99

Prices are in US dollars and are converted to your local currency at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

All orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means:

  • All import duties and taxes are included in the price you pay
  • You will not be charged any additional fees on delivery

We handle all customs clearance and import processes on your behalf.

Packaging

Games and toys are packed carefully for international shipping to protect boxes and corners in transit.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Lost, Stolen or Delayed Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at info@greatbritishgames.com.

Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, we will assist in opening an investigation where possible.
